Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are SO important to us and are reserved for only you! We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel your appointment. We respectfully request a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling your appointment.

 

When your stylist has a last minute cancellation, we cannot fill this appointment time with a guest on the waiting list - resulting in an unpaid gap in your stylists day. Because your appointment is reserved specifically for you, a cancellation fee will apply if a proper notice is not given.

Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services. No-shows or less than two hours notice will result in a 100% charge of scheduled services.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without notice, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Re-do Policy

We want you to feel confident, beautiful and love your hair at the end of your appointment. If you are dissatisfied with your service please contact us within 7 days. We are more than happy to get you back into the salon as soon as possible to adjust any color or cut.

Retail Return Policy

We want you to love your newly purchased products, so if they do not meet your expectations we kindly accept exchanges or refunds within 30 days.
